Amour Wines Flavour & Vine: A Winemaker’s Dinner

By popular demand we're going ahead with another Evening with Amour Wines – A Culinary & Wine Experience at Agrestic.

It's in August during the Fire Festival tickets are limited, the menu's going to be a little different. So get in quick. There might be a fire pit in the courtyard, that sounds safe.

Team Agrestic's very own Yati will be working on a traditional Malaysian-inspired menu, perfectly paired with the exceptional range from Amour Wines. Join us for a night of bold flavours and fine wines as we explore the vibrant spices of wine and food.

Leading the evening is Matt Eades, the passionate winemaker behind Amour Wines. With a deep connection to the Orange region and an unwavering dedication to small-batch, hand-crafted wines, Matt’s approach focuses on expressing the true character of the region’s cool-climate fruit. His wines are known for their elegance, purity, and distinctive flavour profiles that celebrate both tradition and innovation.

We are still finalising the menu. We are working on the same degestation 5 course dinner, with a few changes. But promise to keep a couple of the dishes the same. And promise to deliver more delicious wines, and improve on the banter.
